The endocrinology Dr and nps are some of Reid's best!!!

I liked Dr Duke as I believe it was my first time with her.

I usually see Natalie in Endocrinology, but I'd had to cancel twice the last 2 weeks because of having Broncopneumia. So when I called in to reschedule that said I could see Annie that afternoon if I was OK with that. I said yes , I'd take it. Both are good at what they do.

Always treated with respect. Always answered my questions & concerns.

Annie Duke was very informative and answered myvquestions very well ...i appreciated how she let me talk a d ask questions too...i could tell she is very passionate about her job.....refreshing to know there are physicians that actually make you feel you are important to them and not make you feel rushed and are just a number to them. I will continye seeing her again!

Marianne Duke sees us, my wife and I, for my diabetes and for her thyroid and weight conditions. Marianne is very caring and very conscientious about providing the very best care available. She takes time to listen to you and talk to you and advise you on options you have for your care. Beyond that she goes out of her way to instruct you and help you get the medications and services that are available to you. She will try to save you money by getting you into patient assistance programs and will work very diligently to get you a prescription that your insurance will cover. Marianne Duke gets my highest recommendation for her professionalism and compassion.

It was the first time I've been seen by M. Duke. She was very knowledgeable about my health conditions. I was very impressed with her. She gave clear information and helpful advice concerning my test results.

If I was to recommend Dr. Kretchman's office after this visit - I would not. The nurse (xxx?) was not the best - my husband said he wouldn't want her treating him/asking questions. It just wasn't personable this time. I have always enjoyed Natalie King and Dr. Kretchman - even the prior nurses seem caring - I have never had the experience like I did today.

Everyone I've had experience with in Reid's Endocrinology Dept has been knowledgeable, approachable, professional, and friendly. They genuinely care and want you to be as healthy as you can be. I was Dr Tamhani's patient until he left, and he was great, but I've also had nothing but excellent care at any time since then, from the staff behind the windows, to the aides/assistants, and the doctors, whatever "level" they are. This illness is difficult for me to figure, I have always been so healthy and strong......it is a mystery to me. The nurse Katrina was so kind and encouraging. The nurse practitioner Annie was so very professional but also had a servants heart. I have been so thankful for Reid in the last few months, I wish I was super healthy as I have always been, but I'm grateful for Reid.

My appt was at 4 pm, I was called back to a room at 4;25 pm. Saw provider at 4:45 pm
