Answered questions and listened to concerns

Mary was new to this position. Her general knowledge of my condition and its treatment was very good. However there were several questions for which she needed to seek consultation with a doctor. SHe was very good at acknowledging that she didn't have tjhe answer and would need to get advice from others. This increased my confidence in what she did know and advice given.

She was very caring and listened to all my concerns. She helped me to understand what all of my medications are for. A very excellent medical care provider and cares about her patients !!!!!

Mary was excellent. She had prepared well for mom's visit and was great with her and my sister and I. She had some suggestions for med changes for moms PCP which I called to him after the appointment and he was in agreement with. I especially appreciated her willingness to take the time to listen and go beyond the immediate cardiology concerns. Thanks Mary!

I so appreciated Mary and how she listens and try's to resolve my problems! She really tried to help me when I wasn't feeling well! Thank goodness for knowledgeable staff!
