The entire Urological group @ Reid are pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, from check-in, to the prescribed appointment, to the conclusion of my visit and the pleasant young woman who sets up the next appointment. Staff is ready to answer questions, give explanation, and use the most recent treatment options.

Even though I only see Mrs. Hayden once a year, she obviously has reviewed my chart and remembers my particulars. She has always advised me on how to save money with prescriptions, which I greatly appreciate. And, she talked about my ongoing care.

All the staff, were extremely friendly and helpful.

I was seen in a timely manner and the NP that I saw was very professional and answered all my questions.

Paperwork I was given stated I was to have an EKG. There was no order when I went to the outpatient lab area. They spoke to my doctor and she told them if no order was sent then it's not necessary. I don't know if someone dropped the ball or...? I hope it doesn't cause a problem when I arrive for my procedure.

I have always received quality care from Dr. Mary H. She listens to me and gives me answers that I can understand. The scheduling team helped me get an appointment that worked with my schedule. I think more doctors should offer later hours for patients that work.

Mary, at the gyno urologic office is outstanding! She listens she is friendly and considerate and explains things that are going in my body and the best way to treat them!!! She truly cares about her patients, she remembered a conversation we had 6 months ago. A lot of the doctors there don't Take time to really get to know their patients, they are being too rushed to keep in Reid's time frame she is one of the good ones

Mary NP has always been wonderful with my octogenerian mother. She takes the time to patiently explain things to her in a way she can understand. She directs her conversation to the patient rather than the car giver which is so appreciated. The whole office staff has always been lively. Very happy to have found them.

I gave an answer to somewhat on the question,Did this provider know your medical history? I was referred to this provider, so she didn't know all of my history- She did know about my urology problem and is trying to get a pa for the meds that we agreed that would help my current problem.

Really liked NP Mary. She was extremely thorough. She did not have all medical history due to visits to another treatment center but w request info. Not her fault. Highly recommend this NP doc. Very personable and courtesy. A 10.

She told me why she felt I needed to change medication for my over activity bladder condition. The type I'm at my age has shown people a risk for dementia. She gave me samples to see if it would agree with my system,and then we well follow up our it.
