The office should be open before my appointment. My appointment was scheduled for 7:40am and the office doesn't open until 7:45am

Natalie was very knowledgeable about my health issues and offered treatments and solutions that I was unaware of. This helped me tremendously. The Cambridge City location is very convenient for me, as I am reluctant to drive to Richmond.

As always I was seen shortly after arriving. Natalie King is very attentive to all of my questions. I recently changed my Medicare Advantage from Humana to United Healthcare and I am on a CGM and my current company who handled my supplies did not accept UHC and Natalie had that corrected and I had a voicemail from the new provider stating my order for supplies had been approved by UHC and my order was being processed.

Natalie King is very thorough, kind, understanding, & cares. She makes me feel very comfortable as her patient. Totally trust her...

I unfortunately had to leave before she came in for the day. My 700am appointment apparently ment 730ish. I had another obligation at 800am. I assumed I would be finished in time for other obligation but was unaware 700am didn't mean 700am

Hard to get appt. when you need it

Natalie King is a top notch medical provider....

I haven't met a person yet who wasn't wanting to help and everyone seems to care and that's hard in today's world. I think that they are doing a great job, all of them !

This was definitely a better endocrinologist that I've seen. She was polite, had a positive attitude and didn't hesitate to answer any questions I had at all. She also listened to all the concerns I had in a very timely manor. 10/10 would recommend her to fellow diabetics.

Megan did a great job with me. Very pleasant and very knowledgeable.

I had 1st appointment at 7am but she didn't come into room until 7:30 on the dot. I called numerous times before appointment to request labs. When she finally came in she said she can't really do anything until I get labs, hence the reason I called. She did say she received my message requesting labs just before so it was too late to request. So now I have to either make another appointment or she said she will just email me her solution. When I was leaving she pointed me to check out but told me not to go to the young man, she dogged him jokingly. I felt bad for him. He got up and went to back. He was very kind when he did my vitals and went through questions. Her behavior was not professional as I would expect of someone in her position.

I wish I could still get my prolia shot when I visit my NP OR DR. instead of having to go another day to get it in the infusion department.
