Nicole Patterson is a special Dr she cares , listen, and tries to understand what you're going through she is by far the best family Dr I've had and I'm so glad I found her

I just don't understand why she has to see my child every three to two months cause she takes adhd medication. This isn't something new. She has been on the medication for a couple of years now. This NP isn't no Dr. Black for sure. We miss him dearly. I am just thinking of switching to a different doctor or a different facility all together. Disappointed.

I was very happy to be seen by the NP. My Dr. was out this week, she provided excellent care and addressed my concerns successfully.

Some of my prescriptions were left out. Will have to call doctors office and then extra trip to pick them up. . This is not the first time I've had to do this I can't drive and have to get someone to pick it up.

My visit was for a medication refill. My provider is a good listener and provides good feedback along with suggestions.

Julie and Doctor Nicole were great to meet with today! This was my first visit to find a new PCP, and I really feel that they both took the time to get to know me and my medical concerns.

The MA was wonderful. She was very thorough and spent alot of time viewing my chart. On the other hand...the NP wasn't even in the room for 5 minutes.

Nicole always listens to me on my visits. She knows my medical history and always shows compassion when I need it. I drive from New Castle, even though I hate driving because I feel Nicole's medical care is exemplary and definitely worth the drive. She is knowledgeable about my conditions and illnesses and educates me.

The nurse, Sam, who did my vitals and history was super kind and told me something very helpful to bring up with another provider that I had no idea I should.
