The Dr was very encouraging and made sure I understood what was happening with me and how they were handling it.

This was the first time meeting Nisha Panday...REALLY liked her and enjoyed my visit. I loved how personable and attentive she was with her conversation. I will definitely see her again.

Nurse Panday has a very good "bedside" manner. The patient senses her genuine concern.

Very good, was late even though my appointment was first of the day. Additionally I noticed that the "sharps container" was not secure in the exam room. Not sure if that's to code.

They have literally saved my life and I am very thankful for them and all they have done for me !

When it comes to your health and especially your heart I feel more confident with a doctor that I've been seeing for a long time then a doctor of the day felt very insecure and only my heart doctor knows what's going on and the attending doctor that treated me in the hospital first time I ever seen this doctor

I would like you to know that Dr. Panday was the best ,most thorough doctor that I have seen at Reid health in such a very long time. She took the time to study my tests and to ask questions about my health and then explain what I should be doing to help myself out . I was scheduled for a 6:40 AM appointment without my input? I will not be available for a general appointment before 9:00 AM going forward. No one I know has ever had a doctor appointment that early in the morning.

More of an orderer and less of a listener. Did not care for that. Would be more corrector instead of a listener. I know what's going on.

The nurse practitioner I had was the best out of the other 2 I had. I really liked Ms Panday she went over everything with me and listened. Didn't rush me out like most doctors do.

Previous cardiologist decreased my medication but a month later I was told to take twice as much. I didn't catch this until after my visit. I am confused.

My visit was very satisfactory with all of my questions answered in sufficient detail to satisfy my need to know.

No one in the office seemed to know my medical concern. I was kept waiting in the office after my visit with Dr. Panday for half an hour.

Very pleasant and helpful. Answered all questions thoroughly and in terms I could understand.

First Telehealth visit, call was nearly 15 minutes late. provider not up-to-date on patient history, had allergies wrong, didn't have latest information on when test were performed or bloodwork. Felt like I was telling her what was in the chart.
