Noelle, Nukole and Emily were amazing with my son. He's dealing with some tough things for a 12 year old to understand and Noelle took the time to explain everything to him. She was very sympathetic and understanding. We are very thankful she was there to take care of him.

All Staff very polite and respectful. The information given to me concerning my physical health issue was greatly appreciated and understood. The Assistant injecting the Steroid between my shoulder joints was Extremely Quick, Professional and I very much admired her Knowledge ..... and (Bedside Manner). AND....the Reid Security (Police Officer) who was so graciously called by your staff, during my time in Need.... (to come from the hospital area) to use Jumper Cables to start the battery in my vehicle was very kind and eased my anxiety. Being 70 yrs old with my spouse 87 (who has Dementia).....was a great concern of mine being stranded with the surprise of a dead battery, as I returned to my vehicle. All around in General...... Reid has always been our Trusted Caretakers for all of our Needs. God Bless All of You!! Sincerely, xxx.

My visit with Reid Orthopedics was excellent. My experience with Reid Central Scheduling was not. However, Reid Orthopedics made sure I was still seen in a timely manner and I was very satisfied with the Physician's Assistant that took care of me.
