Ms. Rodgers was very kind. She had a conversation where my daughter felt heard and was very good at explaining things to us so we could make an informed decision. She was clear that if we had any complications we could contact her to reschedule and address any potential issues. We had options regarding treatment and were educated regarding the potential with each scenario. She explained why she asked specific questions and what the responses indicated. My very shy daughter felt comfortable speaking with her and was confident in feeling heard to find a solution. When we left, my daughter told me how kind and how good of a listener she felt this provider was and how she felt supported and hopeful regarding her situation. 10 STARS for Pam Rodgers! We would 100% recommend her to anyone.

Pam is such a caring person. I will miss her very much. Reid is losing a wonderful professional. I wish her the best.

I've been seeing Pam & Teqela for several years now. They are easy to talk to & never seem rushed. I'm very comfortable with both of them.

I had to wait over thirty minutes in the waiting room then thirty minutes,at least, in the examine room before i was seen. I had a 10:30 appointment and yet she was already running an hour late.

Everyone was warm, welcoming and inviting - which made the appointment go smoother for not only my baby, but for me, the Mother, as well. I was already nervous about seeing a different provider for the first time than we usually see, and I ended up loving her. Pam is wonderful.

They fit me in that day and took care of me and got me an antibiotic to make me feel better before I left for Florida the next day.

I love Pam! She is exceptional and competent, she knows my daughter well and I appreciate her... the only thing I wish would be improved is that at my last 3 or so visits I have been asked by office staff if I want to add 'Dad' to emergency contacts. I would like to remind staff that not all families are traditional nuclear families. Some families have 2 parents of the same sex, some families are single parent homes and I don't really feel that this question takes any consideration into that. Also I always say no to this question but it gets repeated every appointment recently.... For the first year or two at the office this was never a question asked at registration
