Personable, kind, and genuine, Rachel shows she cares with her actions and words. It's been a long time since I've felt I was listened to without being rushed through an appointment with a physician. Rachel was fantastic and showed she really cared. She deserves recognition for showing she cares for her patients' well-being.

I saw Rachel today for a follow up visit. She honestly cares about me and listen to my concerns and very insightful about my fatty Liver issues. I'm sure blessed to have her on health care team at Reid Hospital. I'm super sad that was my last visit with her due to my insurance company is leaving 1-1-2025. I will miss her dearly.

Well my provider was very thoughtful and very caring and not only about the situation that I had but me in particular she wanted to make sure that I was at ease and understood everything that we talked about and that it was important that I know that if there was an issue after the fact that she would be there for me to help me through whatever problem there may be she was very thorough and making sure that I understood from the start to the finish that my situation was very important to her and that I needed to understand everything about whatever the problem may be she's very kind very caring and I wish all doctors were like her

I really liked the Televisit from the Brookville location. It saved me a little of time out of my day not having to drive to Richmond.
