We use Reid instead of other Hospitals due to location and verry fine care we receive. We are lucky to have such a wonderful Hospital near us.

The nurses there were awesome

I am a new patient so she did not know anything about me. She was very nice and very helpful before I have my hand surgery for my trigger fingers. I felt very comfortable with her in answering the questions. Everyone I talked to that day was very nice. It's nice to talk to people that just treat you like you are not important. Thanks for having a great team!!?

The only issue that I had was I called and changed my appointment they set it out for a couple days later and said I would not get my surgery on the same day that I was scheduled for and then I got a call from a someone saying that I better keep my appointment or I couldn't have my surgery on the 13th of October so I kept my appointment when I got to the appointment area where I was supposed to be they sent me to the hospital because they could not see me at that time and I was there on time and even though the appointment was changed in their computer it was not supposed to be changed at all I was on time for my appointment but was not seen and had to go over to the hospital and be seeing that labs was kind of frustrating and disappointed about that other than that because I received was okay

Tonya, MA, J'la, LPN, front office staff (sorry I forget her name), Lindsey phlebotomist & Tracie Kinney, NP were all friendly & professional! They made me feel at ease & explained everything clearly. They made sure my questions were answered & made me feel comfortable calling back if I do have more questions! Great experience!

They were very nice and polite they took time to listen to me! Very satisfied with the care I received. I can honestly say I didn't even feel the needle when they drew my blood!!

I wish they would have told me my EkG test was abnormal when completed so I could have asked exactly what. That meant. Or exactly how bad it was

I have great confidence in my pre-op team. All of my questions were answered and I feel very prepared for my upcoming surgery.

From the check-in to the techs, to the PA, to the navigator....i was shown courteous, ( sometimes humorous) and informative and very caring individuals. Anticipation for surgery is quite nerve wracking and to feel compassion means so very much.

They were all professional and very caring and plesant

The navigator's were very helpful and knowledgeable and willing to help in any way. Brittany was great. The NP was fine but just seemed to "stuffy" for my taste. Not real comfortable with her.
