Protect your personal health information

Reid Health takes extensive measures to safeguard your privacy and protect your Personal Health Information (PHI).

At times, we might contact you to schedule appointments, follow-up on test results or treatment, or to verify billing.

We would never call or text you asking for your personal information. If we need to verify your identity, we will only ask for details we already have on file, such as the last four digits of your social security number or date of birth.

🚫 We will never ask for full social security numbers, banking details, Medicaid or Medicare numbers, or passwords.
🚫 We will never send a text message stating that a family member is receiving emergency care.
🚫 If a call or message seems suspicious, don't respond. Contact us directly instead by calling (765) 983-3000.

Protect yourself by staying informed about your personal health information rights and how your medical information is shared. For more details, visit https://www.reidhealth.org/privacy-policy.
