Pre-Selection Testing & Info Session
TEAS will be available at Ivy Tech through mid-February
Pre-selection testing is an integral part
of the application process for our program and is required of all applicants. The Test of Essential Academic Skills is the instrument used for this purpose. The TEAS tests math, reading, science,
English and language usage.
The test does not need to be completed before submitting an application.
The TEAS is administered at the Ivy Tech Community College Testing Services Center in McDaniel Hall on the Richmond campus. Applicants must take the test prior to the program's February 15 application deadline. To make arrangements to take the TEAS, use these instructions and information:
Study helps are
available through the Ivy Tech Community College Bookstore, and at atitesting.com.
Attendance at a program information session
is required for all program applicants. Future prospective students and other interested parties are welcome as
well. The session is conducted by the program
faculty, along with first-year and second-year students, who will share
insights from their educational experience. The session is intended to be both informative and informal. Faculty and current students will welcome and
respond to questions from the audience.
Two information sessions are being offered in March. Both will take place in the cafeteria at Reid's North Complex building (1751 Highland Road, Richmond).
