1. Surgery decision
Your plan, including the date of your surgery, will be mailed to your home or may have been given to you at the time of your appointment.
2. Referral to RPOC
Your Peri-Operative Clinic nurse will call you at home to review your medical history to prepare for your visit.
3. Appointment with RPOC
Please bring a list of your medications to your visit. You will be evaluated by a provider who specializes in pre-operative care, and who will work with all your caregivers to help minimize your surgical risk.
4. Obtain Labs & Diagnostics
After your RPOC visit, specific tests may be needed.
5. Care Coordination
Your Care Coordinator will meet with you during your visit to ensure that all of your needs are addressed before surgery. The Coordinator will serve as your primary contact as you prepare for your surgery. Please call (765) 935-8454 for more information.
6. Specialist referral and/or additional diagnostic testing
