Perioperative ClinicFirst Appointment

What you need to know about your first appointment:

• You do NOT need to fast.
• The visit can take between one – two hours, depending on what is required for your pre-surgical workup.
• Bring medications and supplements that you currently take.
• Bring a list of the physician(s) that you currently see and their phone number(s).
• If available, bring copies of recent blood test or EKG.
• We will conduct a history and physical exam, blood tests, EKGs and X-rays as necessary.
