HIIT Boxing
HIIT Boxing at Reid Fitness is instructed by an Exercise Specialist and is designed to help you meet your general fitness goals. There are two variations of HIIT Boxing. The AM class has been developed with programming to meet the fitness goals of individuals 50 years and older. Our PM class is open to individuals of all ages, and may include some activities with a bit more intensity than those offered in the AM class.

AM HIIT Boxing
- Geared toward individuals 50+; 60-minute non-contact, boxing-inspired fitness class
- Exercises largely adapted from boxing drills, mixed with fitness activities to provide whole-body exercise

All classes held at North Complex Gym.
Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:00 am - 11:00 am, 11:00 am - noon

PM HIIT Boxing
- Open to individuals of all ages
- 60-minute high-intensity, interval-training, whole-body exercise
- Includes elements of boxing drills but mixed with other fitness activities for full strength and cardio workout

Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
