What to expect:
- Two course options: Full send (approx. 3 miles) fast track (approx. 1.5 miles)
- 15+ exciting obstacles
- Shirt, medal, snacks
- Fan zone and activities for the kids
- A chance to participate individually, as a family, as a team
What is Reid Adventure Course?
The Reid Adventure Course is a one-of-a-kind, family-friendly obstacle course designed for participants of all fitness levels. Whether you're racing with friends, walking with family, or taking on each obstacle at your own pace, every step supports student-athletes throughout our region.
Proceeds from the event benefit Reid Health's Athletic Training Program, helping provide athletic trainers to local schools at no cost to the schools they serve. Athletic trainers help prevent injuries, respond to emergencies, support rehabilitation, and keep young athletes healthy both on and off the field.
- We encourage participants to be at least 10 years old to fully experience the course
- Children under 12 MUST be accompanied by an adult
