Most tests don’t require a provider’s order, making it simple to schedule when it’s convenient for you.

Available value lab packages
Value lab package 1 - $50 (save over $100)
Includes:
- Lipid panel (Cholesterol testing): Measures cholesterol and triglycerides
- Glucose (blood sugar): Checks blood sugar levels to help identify diabetes or prediabetes.
This package is best for someone who has or a family history of:
- High cholesterol
- Diabetes
- Heart disease or stroke
- Obesity
Value lab package 2 - $65 (save over $480)
Includes:
- Lipid panel (Cholesterol testing)
- Complete blood count (CBC): Checks for anemia, infection, and other conditions
- Comprehensive metabolic panel (CMP): Assesses liver and kidney function as well as blood sugar levels
- Thyroid-stimulation hormone (TSH): Screens for thyroid imbalances that can affect metabolism
- Hemoglobin A1c: Measures average blood sugar over plast three months
This package is best for someone who has, or a family history of, any of the following:
- Experiences fatigue or has a history of anemia
- Takes medication for a chronic condition
- Bruises easily
- Has yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice)
- Has a history of hepatitis, gallstones, or thyroid issues
Add-on to either selection:
Prostate screenings: $20, recommended for men ages 50-69
