Dr. Olson is genuine, empathetic, and intelligent. She shares medical advice with astute professionalism. Her medical assistant Cressida is cheery and puts me at ease. It would be nice if patients cared enough for others to wear a mask when they exhibit upper respiratory symptoms. Overall a good experience. Having all my care (labs etc) under one roof would be convenient and offer a continuity of care.

Dr. Olson has spent a year helping me try to lose weight and get my blood pressure down. My BP is now at the lowest it's ever been. I have lost 20 pounds but we are now having trouble with medications. One is not available nation wide evidently and a new one that she prescribed is way too expensive. I usually don't give 10s for positive feedback, especially at Reid. In the case of Jennifer's office, their high score is well-deserved. This visit, MA Cynthia was attentive as usual and took good notes. The visit started a bit later than usual so the usual 40 minutes or so seemed to go very quickly, especially since I came prepared with a battery of questions which the doctor answered very well. I tried to keep the conversation moving as I knew that it was the very end of the work week. The time spent was not only productive but efficient as well, especially since Jennifer answered questions that would probably preclude the need to submit non-urgent questions in MyChart Messages. She's quite attentive to answering questions in that forum but I try to be respectful of her time. Office-wise and not related to the doctor herself is how the staff is not able to print out an After Visit Summary, with the word "couldn't" being used like it as out of their hands to be able to do so. It's not a big problem and as aforementioned, I know that it was late on a Friday afternoon as well as being able to access information in MyChart. I figure that was a Reid procedure, not a specific office procedure. I was still able to schedule the next visit and spoke quickly as to be able to let the staff finish their work and go home for the weekend. All staff was quite courteous. Overall, very happy with this doctor and this office.

Dr. Olson is wonderful. She always explains things well. We learn something each time. She goes over our labs in detail which we really think is important. Her staff is phenomenal!!! Best staff of any of our doctors. We like and trust Dr. Olson so much.
