Dr. French is just the best! He listened and was very understanding about my concerns. This will be my third procedure with Dr French and I can't imaging seeing anyone else. Likewise for the office staff, they are all so kind!

The care that I was given at Richmond Reed hospital was excellent. Went beyond and above to take care of me. Nurses and doctors nurses aides whoever was taking care of me they were all excellent very friendly. I would recommend Reed hospital in Richmond to anybody. Everyone there was absolutely wonderful and I appreciate it so much.

The doctor wouldn't look me in the eyes when he was talking to me. I feel like a surgeon that is talking about operating on you that they would look the person in the eyes
