Why don't we have a dermatologist or a rheumatologist in the Reid system?

All the providers were very professional. Each knew there part very well.

I talked with 4 providers in 2 days and the repetition for questions is annoying. I had filled out a pre check on My Chart which had covered the majority of questions that were asked over and over again. Is that really necessary? It's awfully redundant and a time waster for everyone - providers and patients.

It was questioning for my surgery, Ekg, blood work. Questions about my home, ability to take care of myself. So the experience was fine.

Everyone was friendly and seemed to care about me as a patient. Everything that was done was explained beforehand in a simple way that was easy to understand.

The ECG explanation was a little confusing to me. I guess that I will learn more when I get to the Stress Test on Monday.

since I have started going too reid all the doctors have helped me In such a good way, I can carry on In a timely fassion,I dont know what I would do If some of the best doctors I have had In my life especially Miranda Moore.

The ladies were very polite. Seem to care about their patients. Try to make it feel not so much like a hospital .

All of the staff were very friendly and professional. Everyone listened carefully and were genuinely concerned about me. They all explained everything thoroughly and made sure that I understood what they told me and asked if I had any questions or concerns and who to call if any questions came up after my visit. Every visit that I have had with Reid Health no matter which office or provider has been extremely friendly and pleasant. I'm glad that I chose Reid Health as my health care provider.

Peri operative visits is a great concept to insure each surgical patient is armed with pre and post op information.

My experience there was really nice and so was the staff.

My perioperative team was friendly and helpful from check in, vitals and treadmill, and then knowing what to do before and after surgery. Dr. Miranda was so helpful and reassuring.
