The GEM (Going the Extra Mile) program allows patients, families, and staff to nominate individuals who’ve demonstrated exceptional service.

DAISY Award: Honoring extraordinary nurses
In partnership with the DAISY Foundation, we recognizes nurses (RNs and LPNs) who provide extraordinary, skillful, and compassionate care.

Ambassador program: Recognizing exemplary role models
The Ambassador program is our most prestigious recognition, reserved for any employee who serves as a role model and demonstrates a general passion to serve.

Reid Health long-term recognition

We also celebrate milestones, achievements, and contributions through various other programs and events, fostering a culture of appreciation and motivation. One of those events is called Long-Term Recognition, where employees with five or more years of employment are honored for their service.
