At Reid Health, recognition is more than a celebration, it’s a way to lift up those who embody our mission of leading our communities to well-being. The Ambassador program highlights team members who live out our values, demonstrate our key service behaviors, and inspire those around them through their example.
How the program works
Unlike recognition programs nominated by patients or families, the Ambassador program is peer-driven.
Employees are nominated internally by leaders and colleagues who see their commitment firsthand. From these nominations, one employee is chosen each month to serve as an ambassador, an honor that reflects both their impact on Reid Health and their positive influence on the entire team.
Ambassadors stand as shining examples of our mission, inspiring others to embrace our values and raising the standard for care across our health system.
