This program celebrates both clinical and non-clinical employees for the meaningful ways they help care grow at Reid. Some moments are big. Others are simple acts of kindness that happen every day. All of them matter.

Through Cultivating Care, patients, families, coworkers, leaders, and community members can recognize someone who made a lasting impact.

How Cultivating Care works

Recognizing someone is simple and open to everyone.

• Anyone can submit a nomination — patients, families, coworkers, leaders, or community members.
• All eligible employees can be recognized, regardless of role or department.
• Nominations are reviewed to ensure fairness and consistency.
• Honorees are notified and recognized by their leadership team.
