Reid Health SMS Terms and Conditions

When you sign up for text messages from Reid Health, you can receive messages about:

• Care visits
• Your MyReid account
• A one-time passcode
• Billing notifications
• Prescription reminders
• Care management

You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP. If you want to join again, sign up using MyReid or reply HELP.

If you have trouble with the messages, you can reply HELP for more assistance. You can also get help directly through our contact page. 

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and data rates might apply. Message frequency can vary.

MyReid Privacy Policy

MyReid collects and uses your personal information to operate the app and deliver services you’ve requested. MyReid might interact with your data to provide features such as:

• Video visits
• Appointment check-ins
• Finding care providers near you

The first time you use any of these or other location-based features, we will ask for your consent within the app. You don’t have to provide consent if you don’t want MyReid to interact with your data.

We don’t store your location information.

MyReid also uses your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from MyReid and its affiliates.

MyReid doesn’t disclose personal information without your consent. This includes:

• Contact information
• Race
• Region
• Political affiliation

MyReid doesn’t sell, rent, or lease its patient lists to third parties.

MyReid might share data with business associates working on our behalf to help us:
