At Reid Fitness, we believe movement is medicine. Our fitness programs are designed to help adults of all fitness levels and abilities improve strength, balance, and confidence, one step at a time. Whether you’re managing a chronic condition, preparing for or recovering from pregnancy, or simply looking to push your fitness a little further, there’s a class that fits your goals. 

We offer individual and group fitness programs to support your wellness journey, from HIIT Boxing to Fall Prevention, CancerFit, and Moms Gone Strong. Each class is tailored to help you feel stronger, move better, and live healthier.

Reid Fitness program eligibility

Safety and health are at the foundation of every program. Some classes might require medical clearance from your provider to ensure readiness for physical activity. This extra step helps us create a safe, supportive environment for every participant.

CancerFit

A free, personalized exercise program for cancer patients, survivors, and those in remission. Sessions help improve energy, strength, and overall quality of life during and after treatment.

A progressive exercise program designed to enhance balance, coordination, and mobility. Ideal for older adults or anyone looking to build strength and reduce fall risk.

Add-on fitness packages

Looking for even more ways to move? Add a Fitness Package for just $40 a month which includes access to Group Fitness and HIIT (AM/PM) classes or pop-in for HIIT and Group Fitness for $5 classes. It’s an affordable way to stay consistent and motivated, no matter your fitness level.
