Postpartum recovery and fitness
After giving birth, you can typically begin excercising once cleared by your provider, usually about 6-8 weeks postpartum. If you've had a cesarean delivery, it's important to wait until all abdominal discomfort has resolved before resuming activity.
Once postpartum, aways postpartum. Moms Gone Strong is open to any woman who has given birth, whether you're rebuilding core strength, addressing pelvic floor weakness, improving diastasis recti, or simply focusing on your health.
Eligibility and requirements
You must have clearance from your OB/GYN or healthcare provider before beginning.
Classes are free and led by a trained pre/post-natal coach.
