Falls are the leading cause of accidental injury among older adults. Reid Fitness Fall Prevention is a progressive exercise program designed to improve balance, strength, and overall mobility. 

Whether you’ve felt unsteady or have experienced recent falls, our program can help you regain confidence and reduce your fall risk. 

What to expect

Before starting, participants complete an initial assessment. Class placement is based on assessment scoring to ensure the right fit for your abilities. 

Classes are offered individually or in small groups of 4-8 participants. Group sessions run 12 weeks and include a take-home exercise plan.
