Support Groups
Find strength in community with Reid Health support groups. Connect, share, and heal together through cancer, grief, postpartum, stroke, and more.
Support groups at Reid Health
You don’t have to go it alone. At Reid Health, our support groups bring people together, because we’re stronger when we lean on each other. Whether you’re healing from loss, navigating a health challenge, or growing in a new season of life, there’s a community here for you.
What to expect from our support groups
Our support groups offer a safe, welcoming space where you can:
- Share experiences and feelings with others who understand
- Learn coping skills, resources, and strategies
- Give and receive emotional encouragement
- Grow hope and resilience, together
Each group is led by caring professionals or peer facilitators who help guide discussion and foster connection.
Why community matters
Support groups provide social support, which plays a key role in emotional and physical well-being. Being with people who “get it” can reduce feelings of isolation, give you practical ideas, and strengthen your sense of belonging.
