Health Services Financing (HSF®) works like a monthly payment plan, helping you budget with one simple payment.

•    No setup fees or hidden charges
•    No penalty for early payoff
•    One convenient monthly payment
•    Ability to combine multiple balances

Flexible repayment terms based on your balance:

•    24 months
•    36 months
•    48 months

How are the payment terms determined?

Payment terms depend on your balance owed:
•    More than $0 and less than $4,000 = 24 months 
•    More than $4,000 and less than $7,000 = 36 months 
•    More than $7,000 and less than $10,000 = 48 months 
•    More than $10,000 and less than $50,000 = 60 months

How does an extended payment plan with Commerce Bank (HSF®) work?

Getting started is simple:

•    Choose the payment option that fits your needs
•    Enroll online 
•    Log in to your online patient portal each month to make your payment

If you choose the extended plan, payments are made directly to Commerce Bank.
