Reid's School of Radiologic Technology is a continuous 24-month radiography program following an academic calendar as follows:
- Semester I: Mid-August to Mid-February
- Semester II: Mid-February to Mid-August
- Semester III: Mid-August to Mid-February
- Semester IV: Mid-February through July
Students are not scheduled for clinical or classroom assignment on the following recognized holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas
Students are awarded a week of vacation at the following times each year:
- Spring Break
- Summer Break
- Christmas Break
