We take care of your students
Whether your child is an athlete, a member of the band, loves summer camp, or some combination of those things, chances are they’ll need a preparticipation (or sports) physical at some point.
At Reid Health, our team of primary care, urgent care, and Sports Medicine providers is here to help.
From May 1 through Oct. 1, we’re offering preparticipation physicals for $20 at the following locations:

• Reid Ortho Walk-in NOW – Richmond
• Reid Ortho Walk-in NOW – Greenville, Ohio (Tuesdays only)
• Reid Urgent Care – Richmond and Connersville
• Reid Ready Care Clinic – inside the Richmond Meijer store
How to set up an appointment
To schedule an appointment, reach out to your child’s primary care provider. If you don’t have one, don’t worry.
We have providers who’re accepting new patients and are conveniently located near you. Just call the Reid Health Referral Line at (765) 935-8934 or explore Find a Provider on our website.
What to bring with you
Whether you have a scheduled appointment or you’re taking advantage of a walk-in option, please download and print a state-issued sports physical form and bring it to your visit.
