Why learn CPR?

CPR, or cardiopulmonary resuscitation, is a lifesaving technique used when someone’s heart stops beating. Quick action can double or even triple a person’s chance of survival.

Learning CPR empowers you to help a loved one, a co-worker, or even a stranger during a critical moment. No medical background is required, just a desire to help others.

What to expect in CPR class?

Each class combines instruction, video demonstrations, and hands-on practice using training manikins. You’ll learn how to recognize cardiac emergencies, perform chest compressions and rescue breaths, and safely use an Automated Electronic Defibrillator (AED).

Once you’ve completed the course, you’ll receive a nationally recognized certification valid for up to two years.
