Your employer has partnered with Reid Health to provide you access to Reid Health Signature Care powered by Parkview Health. This exclusive provider organization (EPO) is a network of over 21,000 providers, specialists, and physicians throughout the region that provide the highest-quality care at more affordable rates. In addition to expanded care options, members will receive discounted rates at care that is rendered at a Reid Health and other partnering facilities in the region.

- Use the provider network as a guide for choosing a provider. If there are precertification steps required, be sure to follow that process.

Provider Directory
Providers can include MDs, DOs, and other health professionals like nurse practitioners, physicians’ assistants, audiologists, mental health professionals, and more. Facilities include hospitals, primary care, acute care, urgent care, laboratories, hospice, home health agencies, ambulatory surgery centers, and more. NOTE: some providers such as emergency medicine, pathologists, radiologists, and anesthesiologists may not be included.
