What is the Reid Adventure Course?
The Reid Adventure Course is a family-friendly obstacle course event designed for participants of all ages and abilities. Whether you’re competing, cheering, or volunteering, this event offers a fun and meaningful way to support athletic training and injury prevention programs in our communities.
Participants can expect physical challenges, teamwork, and a supportive atmosphere, all while making a positive impact.

What to expect on race day
Prepare to conquer an exciting obstacle course designed to challenge your strength, agility, and endurance — all at your own pace. The Reid Adventure Course features self-limiting obstacles that make the event accessible for all fitness levels and family-friendly.
With more than a dozen obstacles across a 3-mile course, participants can expect to be challenged, get muddy, and get wet while enjoying a fun, supportive atmosphere. Whether you’re running, walking, or tackling the course with a team, this event is about teamwork, determination, and celebrating health and wellness together.
Participants can look forward to:
- A 3-mile obstacle course with 12+ challenges
- Self-paced, family-friendly design
- Race shirts and finisher medals
- Post-race snacks
- An energetic fan zone featuring sponsor partners and local vendors
