Named Spaces

Explore named space opportunities at Reid Health Foundation and create a lasting legacy that supports exceptional healthcare for generations to come.

A meaningful way to leave your mark

A named space recognizes a significant philanthropic investment while creating a lasting connection to the future of healthcare in our communities.

Whether you wish to honor someone special, celebrate your family’s legacy, recognize a business, or commemorate a meaningful milestone, a named space reflects a shared commitment to exceptional care. Each day, patients, families, caregivers, and community members experience the impact made possible through donor generosity.

Eligible charitable gifts may qualify for named-space recognition. Opportunities may be available within clinical, patient, family, and community spaces at Reid Health facilities in Richmond and Connersville.

Every named space has a story...

Each named space represents a person, relationship, experience, or belief in the importance of high-quality healthcare close to home.

Throughout Reid Health, these spaces remind us of the people whose generosity has helped make compassionate care possible. Their stories become part of the experiences shared by patients, families, and caregivers for years to come.

Featured Story

Wade Weston Ambulance Bay

Wade Weston devoted nearly 20 years to emergency services, caring for others as an EMT, paramedic, and flight crew member before his death in 2008. When Shook Construction supported the Reid Health Connersville capital campaign, the company chose to name the ambulance bay in Wade’s honor. The tribute preserves his legacy of compassionate service and gives his family a place where future generations can learn about the difference he made.

Paul & Pat Lingle Family Dining Room

For decades, Paul and Pat Lingle have invested in the organizations that help Wayne County thrive. Their gift established the Paul & Pat Lingle Experiential Learning Scholarship Fund, which provides paid opportunities for college students to gain hands-on experience at Reid Health. The Paul & Pat Lingle Family Dining Room recognizes their generosity and their commitment to keeping talented young people connected to healthcare—and to their community.

Recognition designed to endure

Named spaces are considered permanent and generally remain in place for the lifetime of the structure. Reid Health Foundation will work with each donor to document the naming recognition, location, and applicable terms.

Other meaningful ways to contribute

A named space is one way to create a lasting tribute, but it might not be the right fit for every donor or every gift. Reid Health Foundation offers additional ways to celebrate generosity and honor the people who matter to you.
