TelePsychiatry virtually links behavioral health providers with patients
TelePsychiatry is a Reid Telehealth service that allows you to meet virtually with a board-certified psychiatrist or licensed social worker at Reid Health in Richmond.
For these appointments, you’ll visit one of five Reid community physician practices in East Central Indiana and West Central Ohio, where you can connect with your behavioral health provider. You’ll use high-definition, real-time, two-way audio and video Telehealth technology so you can see and hear your psychologist and they can see and hear you.
Making appointments more convenient
Behavioral health care typically requires frequent visits, and TelePsychiatry streamlines the care process by making care more accessible for you. If you live outside of Richmond, you no longer have to worry about driving to the city for appointments, finding parking, and locating the office. If you have transportation issues, it might be easier or less expensive to get a ride to a smaller community physician practice closer to your home or office.
