Cancer Survivor Day

Each June, Reid proudly hosts its annual Cancer Survivor Day celebration in honor of National Cancer Survivor Day. Bringing together more than 250 cancer survivors, this event is a meaningful opportunity to celebrate resilience, strength, and community.

Featuring live music, food, activities, giveaways, and more, it serves as both a joyful gathering and a chance for survivors to connect with others who have shared similar journeys.

Dedicated to cancer prevention

Reid Cancer Center believes preventing cancer is key to avoiding a diagnosis. Screenings are vital for early detection, allowing for more effective treatment. Our care team collaborates with primary care providers to keep you updated on recommended screenings for breast, cervical, colorectal, lung, and prostate cancers.

Lung cancer causes more deaths than any other form of cancer, but it can be treated successfully if detected early. We use highly accurate, low-dose CT scans to identify suspicious lung nodules to give people hope for better outcomes.
